Artists that you should check out are Jerome Rico (instrumental guitar; Tuck Andressy), Saxophoro (amazing sax quartet; plust the chick plays bass), Brass Munkeys (Jazz-Swing Blues; cool shit) and Pinikpikan (ethnic stuff). The African and Japanese are probably worth checking out too.

    I do not quite understand the whole energy drink trend. I’ve tried plenty of energy drinks and they do not really have much effect on me. I think it’s largely placebo effect stemming from their notoriety as quasi “legal drugs”.
