For browsing websites that don’t require me to log in, I’m using a proxy that I googled out. It’s stable and fast. Globelines Broadband users may use 148.233.229.235:8080. No privacy is guaranteed so use it at your own risk.

If anybody knows a secure proxy server that has a stable link to my ISP, please let me know. Damn quake.
