Downgrade

I got my Sennheiser in-ear headphones replaced. The right earpiece stopped working and beyond remedy already. Replacing it is an Altec Lansing AHP-121 (oh so geeky). It’s 50 Pesos more expensive, .2m longer and has a smaller frequency response range.

The only reason I took this was that I couldn’t find other Sennheisers that has an equal length from the part where the wire splits. The old pair had the right earpiece longer so there are times where it falls off (not from my ear) and gets dragged on the floor. When will wireless headphones become cheaper?

The 121’s earpiece is bloody huge. The only thing I like about it is the reusable case. It keeps the wires from getting tangled. Isn’t it convenient? You buy headphones, but the most useful is not the product. Talk about “value added”. Sennheisers still have better sound.

They’re mediocre headphones. I’ll have to put up with it until it breaks.

Aww too bad, I can only use in-ear pairs. This will fall off my head when I'm on the track. The transmitter and the headphones are different products. This sounds like a nice thing to have IF my car and 20-year old Marantz amp had a bluetooth reciever. I don't have a phone yet so yeah. It's not yet a good buy.

Thanks for the tip. I'm considering to get this one some time next year. Gone will be the days of getting tangled in wires.

look for it on the web, i think sa USA lang avaialable ito. icombi was I think made for ipod talaga. well it is actually not an earphone but a headphone, controls kasi niya is located in the earpieces... right side is where the mp3 control while on the left is where the phone switch is located (while your listening to your music and an incoming call comes automatic sya magpause and pressing the button on the left bluetooth headset na)

Are the wireless things huge? I mean, my iPod is already humongous. I can't imagine a bluetooth thing in my pocket.

Kamote, walang kwenta advise mo. Hehe, hindi headset ang hinahanap ko.

i like the icombi. Kaso it is too expensive around 100 dollars i think. It is a bluetooth wireless headset to be used for ipod or any other type of mp3 players, pc and bluetooth capabled cellphones. For the ipod there is a bluetooth dongle, for other mp3 palyers there is a dongle that connects to the stereo jacks. And i has a build-in microphone for use with a cellphone.

Get a plantronics pre if youre planning to use it for your pc. pero if youre going to use it in some of your contraptions i suggest get those 100 pesos headsets aheheheh. get like 10 hahahahahah.
