i use the basic version, i uncheck winamp library and agent on installation. I have I tunes to do that for me. i usually use winamp to hear sample mp3s and my various artist collection.

Hell yeah, very unobtrusive and does the job well. I use the classic interface though. The “modern” interface makes it bloatware from the AOL-Time-Warner buyout.

You can also include Microsoft Windows Defender. It was out from beta last October 24, 2006.

And if your using Acronis True Image, version 10 was released last October 18.

I think so… but it will be better to see implementation of NGN in metro manila but that would take years. heheh.

i think if it will be official Globe should follow suit.. then bayantel. Smart broadband haven’t I think upgraded their packages since 384 Kbps

That’s BS (PLDT thing). We still had 512kbps for PhP1995 last month. Those are only effective for new applicants that have NGN facilities.

Forgot to add Windows Media Player 11 is also out. Microsoft did keep their word about releasing it on the 30th of this month.

Octber is also a month for surprises: PLDT upgrades their bandwidths again but it is indicated that it was last August pa; one example package is the cheapest one which is now 768 from 512 Kbps for 1k a month
