I’m sure that the recording where PLDT myDSL’s customer support representative cussed a cussing customer was heard all over (even on TV). But I bet that you haven’t seen the video!

    pldt service is shit but it’s hardly the fault of the call service agent…

    Oh yeah, the agent was given a stupid excuse. I can’t imagine a work like that where you get cussed the whole day.
