Typhoon Neneng?
I’m assuming that this is typhoon Neneng.

I woke up with the wind a bit strong with light showers getting blown into the room. So I checked the weather immediately.

I’m not going to underestimate again. It’s a bad excuse that we’re used to hopeless predictions by PAGASA. Also, we’re so used to strong typhoons happening every year, it’s just like a drizzle and we’re back up the next day.

Just one more point. We’ve been having problems such as flash floods for years. Why haven’t we figured it out yet? We should be masters of disaster and calamity management by now. How many Filipinos don’t know that the Philippines is the most prone to typhoons?

For me, corruption is the main reason why we failed to master disaster/calamity management!

That’s guaranteed but what’s next? I think that it’s also we, the citizens, who are at fault too. Many Filipinos are effin’ litterbugs. Even in our school, where students are considered to be better educated.
